Coming from Frankfurt/Würzburg (alternative route):
- A3 to München/Nürnberg till exit Pommersfelden
- B505 to Bamberg
- A73 to Bayreuth till Kreuz Bamberg

Coming from Nürnberg or Berlin:

In Thurnau:

Once you have left the motorway at exit Thurnau Ost:
