Training: responsibility for the future 

PDR has an obligation to offer apprenticeship training places, support students in their internships as well as with their diploma theses and create jobs for people with disabilities.

Working hours 

In some departments, flexitime without core working hours is possible. In special cases, working from home is the ideal solution. PDR also promotes voluntary commitment, for example for the fire or rescue services etc. by providing time off work in the case of a deployment in an alarm.

Family and work 

PDR cooperates with the "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" business network and the Kulmbach regional district. Thereby we enable the compatibility of work and family in special situations.

Women in managerial positions 

PDR strives to employ as many women as possible in skilled and managerial positions. Our company fulfils EU regulations with 60%. And 35% of our managerial positions are held by women.

Healthcare 

We regularly provide our employees with fresh local fruit, nutrition counselling and cooking classes. We also cooperate with physiotherapy clinics and healthcare agencies in the form of exercise courses, and physical activity training in the workplace. In this way we promote our employees having healthy lifestyles.

Advice for personal crises 

Also in the case of overcoming addiction or debt problems PDR supports its employees and arranges contact to competent advisors.
