Notes on collection
PDR tip: Use original boxes
If you use PU foam cans by the carton, simply put them back in the original sales carton after use, which also serves as the return carton.
If the original cartons are missing or damaged, we will be happy to send you return cartons free of charge for the next collection if you indicate this on the collection form.
Please note the following when using the pick-up service:
For quantities of less than six cartons (approx. 70 PU foam cans) with the PU logo and the token, please use the drop-off option at one of our approximately 3,000 return points via our simple zip code search. In this case, you will also receive proof of the quantity of individual cans/cartons returned.
In exceptional cases, PDR will provide you with return stamps (completed for each individual box) for postal dispatch. You will not incur any shipping costs. Please give the boxes to the DHL parcel deliverer. Letter carriers with delivery vans will also accept them. Of course, you can also hand in the boxes at your post office counter.
We will send you a confirmation of acceptance for the respective box quantity. PDR tip: Please keep this document in a safe place. This is your proof of disposal for the authorities.
